Two persons were killed as a pickup van knocked their motorbike down on
Chandpur-Roypur road in Dhanua Bazar area under Faridganj upazila on
Sunday evening.
The deceased were identified as Emran Patwari, 30, of Bhatergaon village and Masud Mia, 30, of Charshakua village in the upazila.
Family sources said a pickup van knocked their motorcycle down in Dhanua Bazar area at 5:00pm, leaving them critically injured.
Later, locals rushed them to Chandpur General Hospital where duty doctors declared them dead, said medical source.
